USA SENATE RESOLUTION 311 DESIGNATES SEPTEMBER 2023 AS ‘‘MACEDONIAN AMERICAN HERITAGE MONTH’’

In Washington D.C. United States Senator, Mr. Mike Braun, submits United States Senate Resolution 311 (“S. Res. 311”) before the Senate, as dated July 26, 2023.
S. Res. 311 designates September 2023 as ‘‘Macedonian American Heritage Month’’ and celebrates “…the language, history, and culture of Macedonian Americans and their incredible contributions to the United States.”
Unlike America, European Union Parliament and EU institutions (“EU”) further no resolutions expressly “celebrating the language, history, and culture” of citizens identifying with Macedonian ethnicity, whether residing in USA, residing in EU, or in Republic of North Macedonia (“N. Macedonia”).
Instead, EU vaguely and capriciously says “a new phase in the accession process for North Macedonia…” “…will add benefits and opportunities to the transformation processes in the country and the credibility of the EU enlargement, driven by objective criteria.”
Unlike the express publication of Macedonian rights under S. Res. 311, current EU “objective criteria” repeatedly fails to guarantee citizens of Macedonian ethnic origin what is otherwise a very simple idea: that EU constitutionally guarantee the right and preservation of Macedonian language, history, and culture before every single EU state.
Simply put, EU fails to guarantee the legal right and preservation of Macedonian language, history, and culture as to citizens of Macedonian ethnic origin because the EU can not and shall not do so, in part due to EU systemic and inherent race/ethnic-based discriminatory standards of EU member states.
The better alternative for N. Macedonia is opening accession talks with the USA for N. Macedonia to ultimately declare herself the fourth country in the world identified as a “Freely Associated State.” Because Macedonian rights regarding culture, history, religion, and language of Macedonian Americans are guaranteed under the United States Constitution, the technical and legal protocol to N. Macedonian Freely Associated American Statehood is relatively straight forward using S. Res. 311 and the modified road-map of 1986 Compact of Free Association (COFA), as lectured by visiting professor Steve Gligorov and assistant Dan Predescu during Spring 2023 at: The Faculty Of Law University “St. Kliment Ohridski” – Bitola (UKLO) Founded 1979 Универзитет „Св. Климент Охридски” – Битола
America speaks loud and clear with S. Res. 311. The EU is silent, a broken EU system of horse-tradable accession; where Macedonian language, history, culture, are erasable. EU “objective criteria” take away credibility of EU enlargement, and only add to the credibility of Freely Associated American Statehood enlargement!
